Stanley London offers on-site, same day engraving for most of our products as well as brass plaques with your custom wording or corporate logo.
To add engraving to a product, you can easily select the custom engraving option when the product is ordered from the page where that item is described.
However, if you simply need a custom engraved brass or aluminum plaque, then you can conveniently order from our stock of popular styles below.

Our Standard Sized Custom Engraved Brass Plaques are available with your custom text or artwork up to six inches (15.2 cm) wide or tall.
Please furnish the approximate plaque size in the special instructions section when ordering.
Unless the exact plaque size is critical, it is best to give us a range of sizes for one dimension only, and we will size the other dimension
to best fit the aspect ratio of your formatted engraving.
A common error is to request too many words per line, which forces a small font size.
For a square plaque, the number of words per line is approximately equal to the number of lines.
We offer many different fonts, but suggest Times New Roman (Regular and Italic), Connective Script, and Old English fonts for most engraving needs. For an additional $1, gold brass plaques can be black oxidized, which turns the lettering black and greatly improves contrast and readability. Non-oxidized gold brass plaques will have gold colored lettering on a gold plaque. Please note that black oxidizing is only available as an option for gold brass plaques and is not possible on aluminum material or black brass. Plaques are normally supplied with a self adhesive backing and square corners, however, plaques can also be ordered with four corner holes for screw mounting and / or notched, or rounded corners. Simply mention your preference in the special instructions section on the engraving page. Quantity discounts are available starting at three plaques with the same text or artwork. Our 2-Hole Perpetual Plaques with notched corners have a distinguished, sophisticated style that makes them a perfect addition to trophies, award plaques, or the exterior of boxes. The Regular Sized 2-Hole Perpetual Plaque is available in polished brass, black brass, or aluminum. The Large 2-Hole Perpetual Plaque is available only in polished brass or black brass. Our Gold Plated Beveled Brass Plaques can be mounted in a shadow box, under a picture frame, on trophies, on award plaques, or on the exterior of boxes. Each plaque comes with a sticky adhesive backing allowing them to be mounted easily on flat surfaces. The Small Beveled Brass Plaque has a beveled edge that is 0.075 inches (1.9 mm) thick. The Large Beveled Brass Plaque has a beveled edge that is 0.055 inches (1.4 mm) thick. Please see the shopping carts below for the plaques' fixed sizes and approximate text length maximums. Our elegant Antique Rectangle Plaque will add a stylish, vintage feel to the surface or item on which it is affixed. This antique patina plaque comes with a sticky adhesive backing allowing it to be easily mounted on flat surfaces. The Antique Rectangle Plaque is 2 1/2 inches (6.4 cm) wide by 1 inch (2.5 cm) tall and can be engraved with up to two lines of text with a maximum of three words per line. We offer many different fonts, but suggest Times New Roman (Regular and Italic), Connective Script, and Old English fonts for most engraving needs. For an additional $1, the antique plaque can be black oxidized, which turns the lettering black. Alternatively, the dark antique patina contrasts very well with the bright, un-oxidized brass that is exposed when the plaque is engraved. |

The Oblong Brass Plaque is 3 inches (7.6 cm) wide and 1 inch (2.5 cm) tall and can be engraved with up to four lines of text with a maximum of five words per line. The Oval Brass Plaque with Faux Screws is perfect for awards, shadow boxes, and picture frames. The faux screws give the appearance of the plaque being screwed in, but the plaque comes with an adhesive backing so it can be mounted without creating holes in the surface on which it is affixed. The Oval Brass Plaque with Faux Screws is 1 7/8 inches (4.8 cm) wide and 25/32 inches (2 cm) tall and can be engraved with up to two lines of text with a maximum of two words per line. Our sophisticated Walnut Award Plaque with Brass or Black Brass Plaque is the perfect choice for individual and team awards or custom household plaques. The Small Walnut Award Plaque is 4 inches (10.2 cm) by 6 inches (15.2 cm) and comes with a brass or black brass plaque that is approximately 3 inches (7.6 cm) by 5 inches (12.7 cm). The Large Walnut Award Plaque is 9 inches (22.9 cm) by 12 inches (30.5 cm) and comes with a brass or black brass plaque that is approximately 8 inches (20.3 cm) by 11 inches (27.9 cm). These award plaques can hold a significant amount text in addition to corporate logos and custom artwork. Plaques are normally supplied with a self adhesive backing and square corners, however, plaques can also be ordered with four corner holes for screw mounting and / or notched, or rounded corners. The Walnut Award Plaques can be engraved and mounted with a portrait or a landscape orientation. Please specify your preferences in the special instructions section on the engraving page. The one-time graphics artwork setup fee to convert your 2-color custom artwork file into an engravable file is $25 plus $10 for each additional color separation. We will keep your artwork on file and there will not be another artwork fee if the same artwork is used in the future, even on a different item. Engraving prices range from $3.00 to $25.00, depending on the item, complexity and quantity. Artwork must be a sharp two to five solid color image with no shading, gradients, or shadows. The best format for a bitmap image is a .GIF file that measures at least 1100 pixels across (larger than full screen on most computers). Vector artwork must have fonts embedded, and .PDF files are the preferred format as Adobe Acrobat files are the most compatible across different software versions. Most artwork we receive from individuals or non-professionals is not of sufficient quality to engrave. We also accept valid .AI, .CDR, and .EPS files (usually with limited to minimal success). We cannot engrave bitmaps under 1100 pixels wide, pictures or gray scale drawings, but artwork with a limited number of solid colors can be engraved using different angles and densities of crosshatched lines to represent the colors.
